We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions：

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We do not accept returns on sale items, press-on nails that have been opened, or any used lashes

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items：

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
